제목 Study of 2D materials based heterostructures
초록 Two-dimensional (2D) materials such as graphene, hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) have been favored with high carrier mobility, ultraclean surface and reasonable bandgap structures. Especially the atomically thin heterostructures with 2D materials lead to performance improvements in electric and optical research fields. In this talk, I will introduce the fabrication and characterization for various heterostructures of 2D and 2D materials as well as 2D and nanomaterials.
