제목 Optical analysis of Perovskite Light-Emitting Transistor
초록 In this work, a comprehensive optical analysis is performed to be discussed on triple layered PeLETs to optimize extraction of the lights in a lateral or vertical direction with respect to the substrate. We have focused on the refractive index of methylammonium lead iodide perovskite layer and the thickness of the emissive and transporting layers which mainly influence on the light propagation, extraction, and annihilation. By controlling these parameters, we have confirmed that more than 40% of the generated lights in the perovskite emissive layer of PeLETs could be potentially contributed to the outcoupling efficiency of the devices under a perfect electron-hole balance.
