The effects of CNT orientation on properties of functionalized CNT/PP-g-MA nanocomposite by melting spinning. |
초록 |
Surface functionalization of carbon nanotube was carried out by introducing amine groups. A functional CNT/PP-g-MA nanocomposite and pure PP-g-MA were melt spun using a piston type device. Different take up velocities and throughputs were used. The composite material of PP-g-MA with CNT was prepared by melt mixing in a thermo mixer. We studied characterization of orientation depending on the depth in the nanocomposite fibers. The alignment of the nanotubes within melt spun fibers was investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. |
