제목 Immobilization of Polystyrene Derivative Thin Film on Silicon Wafer by UV Irradiation
초록 A simple method for the direct attachment of polymer films onto solid surfaces by UV irradiation was known. The process involves spin-coating a polymer film followed by UV irradiation. After extraction with a solvent, a thin film remains on the substrate. We prepared the immobilized thin films of polystyrene(PS), poly(4- methylstyrene)(P4MS), and poly(4-trimethylsilylmethylstyrene)(PTMSMS) on Si wafer by this method. And we investigated the immobilization speed of those polymer films in order to elucidate the effect of substituent at benzene ring on the immobilization speed of them.
