Synthesis of the Mn-doped ZnTe quantum dots |

Relatively monodiperse and highly luminescent Mn2+ doped ZnTe nanocrystals were synthesized in aqueous solution at 100℃ using the nucleation-doping strategy. The effects of the experimental conditions and of the ligand on the synthesis of nanocrystals were investigated systematically. In the method of 3-Mercaptopropyl acid(MPA) to distilled water of Mn-doped ZnTe QDs produces random dispersion. Mn-doped ZnTe QDs were examined by X-ray differaction spectroscopy(XRD), UV-visible spectroscopy, Photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL). Mn-doped ZnTe QDs morphology show through X-ray differaction spectroscopy(XRD). X-ray differaction spectroscopy confirms Mn-doped ZnTe QDs nanocrystal structure. UV-visble spectrum indicates absorption band and Photoluminescence spectrum shows emittion bands. |
