NGL are widely used in petrochemical process industry as well as fuel for commercial or domestic application.Due to this, numerous of NGL recovery process configuration and technology appear to get high NGL recovery with lower energy consumption. This research focus on applying the thermally coupled distillation column such as prefractionator arrangement, Petlyuk arrangement, dividing wall column to integrate the debutanizer and deisobutanizer. The results show that they lead to significantly reduce investment cost and energy cost as compared to the conventional distillation. |
