This study investigated the effect on electrocatalytic performance, which caused by soaking reduced TNTs electrode in an aqueous solutions containing cobalt ion. Bare TNTs, reduced TNTs (EC-TNTs) by electrochemically self-doping, and electrodes (TNTs/Co and EC-TNTs/Co) soaked in aqueous cobalt solution for 24 hours were prepared. To find out, the electrochemical properties of their electrodes were compared using cyclic voltammetry and impedance analysis. In addition, their electrocatalytic activity in the N, N-dimethyl-p-nitrosoaniline (RNO) degradation, iodine oxidation, and E.coli inactivation was compared. Various surface analyzes were performed to investigate changes in morphology and material properties.
