초록 | Recently great interests of hybrid cars or electronic cars lead to unlimited research about pulsed power system. The capacitors which are one of the most important components composing pulsed power system exhibit high energy density and thermal stability in wide range of temperature. Relaxor ferroelectric ceramics are promising materials to satisfying these requirements for pulsed power capacitors. In this study, lead-free relaxor ferroelectrics, (Bi0.5, Na0.5)TiO3-BaTiO3 (BNT-BT) and SrTiO3 (ST) Multilayer system is introduced. The BT which is popular lead-free ferroelectrics has phase transitions at 0OC and 120OC, which causes dramatic change of dielectric permittivity. For addition of BNT its phase transition temperature is shifted to higher or lower temperature, and relaxation behavior was observed that can exhibit stable dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. The Multilayer thin films of this system fabricated by spin spin coating. And when stack a layer with different thickness of BNT-BT and ST. The microstructure observed by Fe-SEM and crystal structure and phase formation figured out via XRD. The dielectric properties such as dielectric permittivity, loss, P-E loop and breakdown strength measured in the wide frequency range. |
