Characteristics and Reaction Kinetics of Solid-state Polymerization ofPoly(trimethylene terephthalate) |
초록 |
Reaction kinetic model which is capable of describing the behaviors of solid-state polymerization of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT) has been developed. The solid-state polymerization of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT) has been carried out under reduced pressure at various temperatures ranging between 190℃ and 220℃. In solid-state polymerization, the overall reaction rate was governed by the reaction temperature and reaction atmosphere. The contents of carboxyl end group was decreased during solid-state polymerization with increasing reaction time. The melting temperature of solid-state polymerized PTT was higher at higher temperature of polymerization. |
