High Performance Organic Field Effect Transistors based on Isoindigo Copolymers |
초록 |
Donor–acceptor-based copolymers have attracted great attention in the field of polymer field-effect transistors (PFETs) due to their unprecedented high charge carrier mobility, despite having apparently less-oriented microstructures. In this study, we designed and synthesized new isoindigo (IID)-based copolymers by Stille coupling polymerization. The physical properties were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, cyclovoltammetry (CV), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differencial scanning calorimetry (DSC). |
