제목 | Preparation of biocompatible hybrid polymeric film for wound healing |
초록 | Skin wounds such as burns or inflammation require a prompt closure in the wound skin areas. Collagen is one of the most commonly used biomaterials because of its advantageous properties such as low antigenicity and promotion of cell proliferation. In this investigation, we prepared a PLLA-collagen hybrid film. Contact angle measurement of the films elucidated that incorporation of collagen increased hydrophilicity of PLLA. The biocompatibility of the film was examined via cell assays. Our result demonstrated that PLLA-collagen hybrid film can effectively promote the regeneration of new skin.
