제목 Optoelectric properties of carbon-inserted polymeric solar cells
초록 We fabricated the carbon-inserted polymer solar cells and characterized the photovoltaic properties. The structure of the photovoltaic cells was ITO anode/PSS:PEDOT/poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT):the cup-stacked-type carbon nanotube(CSCNT) or carbon black(CB)/Al electrode. Their opto-electronic properties were measured with current-voltage measurement system equipped with 1000W solar simulator with AM 1.5 filter as a light source and charactrized with cyclic voltammetry, Zeta potential, and AFM etc. We confirmed that the CN and the CSCNT were relatively well scattered in the matrix of the polymer from the SEM and HR-TEM images.
