제목 Directed Patterning of Chemically Reduced Graphene Oxide on Lithographically Patterned Substrates
초록 Graphene is two-dimensional carbon material which has extraordinary electric, thermal, and mechanical properties for example. We demonstrates the preparation of directed graphene pattern. In detailed procedures, SiO2 substrate is pre-coated with octadecyl trichlorosilane self-assembly monolayer (OTS-SAM) and exposed under DUV through photomasks. Next, it has coated with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) SAM. Finally, hydrophilic/hydrophobic patterned area is successfully prepared for direct patterning of graphene oxide. Spin-coating and reduction of graphene oxide over above hydrophilic/hydrophobic pattern successfully produces precise graphene pattern.
