Studies on the effect of the addition of Graphene to TiO2 electrode on the photoelectrocity efficiency of Dye-sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) |
| 초록 |
In this studies, we applied graphene as additive for TiO2 elecrode of Dye-sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC). It is expected that the photoelectrocity efficiency of DSSC with the amount of grpahene added in TiO2 electrode is improved because of high conductivity of graphene.We manufactured the TiO2 electrodes containing graphene and analyzed their properties : The structural properties of graphene analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and raman spectroscopy. The morphology of TiO2 electrode by transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Then the efficiency of DSSCs was also measured to verify the graphene added using solar simulator. |
