Hydrothermal Synthesis of Titanate nanotubes from TiO2 Nanorods prepared by a molten salt flux method for Strontium ion uptake |
초록 |
Here, hydrate titanate nanotubes (TNTs) was synthesized by molten salt nanorods (NRs) via hydrothermal reaction in aqueous alkali solution. The strontium adsorption of obtained samples was studied by inductive coupled plasma (ICP) instrument. The mechanism of strontium adsorptionis came from ion exchange reaction with other existing ion species. The maximum adsorption capacity of TNTs adsorbents was calculated by Langmuir equation. Almost 99% of Sr2+uptake was appeared by TNTs-2D from DI water based Srstock solution which 97% more than the NRs (9.97 m2g-1). The Langmuir isotherms model was well fitted with the Sr2+ adsorption of TNTs-2D adsorbents. The pseudo-second-order kinetics model and concentration based batch adsorption experiments of Sr2+ uptake (by TNTs-2D adsorbents) were evaluated. |
