| 제목 | Influences of impurities(Ca,Zr) on phase formation, microstructure and ionic conductivity of Na+-beta-alumina solid electrolyte |
| 초록 | In this study, influences of impurities(Ca, Zr) incorporated into the Na+-beta-alumina electrolyte during its production step was analyzed. Each sample, 0.1 ~ 5 wt.% of Ca and Zr were added, was calcined at 1200 ℃ for 2 h, then sintered at 1650 ℃ for 30 min. The specimens were characterized by XRD, SEM and impedance analyzer. |
