제목 석탄 공급시스템 개선이 건식 가스화기 효율에 미치는 영향
초록 Nowadays, renewable energies have been issued all over the world. Especially some renewable energies like IGCC, bio butanol and so on were selected to study and support in Korea. Korea’s 300 MW IGCC RDD&D (Research Development, Demonstration and Dissemination) project was launched in December 2006 in a national effort to support renewable technology. Our research group have found that the fluctuation using screw feeder for coal feeding could affect the quantity and ratio of produced syn gas. Coal feeding system was changed to solve this problem. First one is the diameter of screw feeder and second one is the pitch of screw. From the results of this experimental study, we were able to understand the relationship between coal feeding and the quantity of produced syn gas and optimal design for coal feeding system.
