In this study, antibacterial polyurethane nanofibers containing Ag nanoparticles(Ag-NPs) were prepared by the electrospinning method. Bio-based high elastic polyurathane(PU) was prepared from hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and isosorbide/polycarbonate diol (8/2) by a simple one-shot bulk polymerization. Ag-NPs were formed by using silver 2-ethylhexylammoniumcarbamate(Ag-EHCB) solution. The structural and morphological properties of Silver polyurethane nanofibers were characterized by FT-IR, X-ray diffraction(XRD). scanning electron microscope(SEM). Degradation tests performed at 37 ℃ in phosphate buffer solution and mechanical properties tests by Instron universal testing machine. Heat temper tests by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). These Silver polyurethanes nanofibers offer significant promise due to soft, flexible and biocompatible properties for soft tissue augmentation and regeneration. |
