One-dimensional (1D) conducting nanofibers have received a great deal of attention in sensing application due to their unique morphology, physical and chemical properties. In this work, we fabricated carbon nanotube adsorbed nylon 6,6 nanofibers by electrospinning and dipping method. Also, in order to compare the sensing ability between the nanofibers and the films, we fabricated carbon nanotube/nylon 6,6 composite thin films. The sensing behavior of our samples was characterized by measuring its electric resistance change upon exposing chemical vapors. |
