| 제목 | Cellular Behaviors of Hyaluronic Acid-Based Hydrogel |
| 초록 | Hyaluronic acid-based poly(ethylene oxide) (HA-PEO) hydrogel has been employed as unique biomedical polymeric material with properties such as bioactivity from polysaccharide, biocompatibility of HA as well as PEO and control release of bioactive molecules from the hydrogel itself. We here examine the properties of in situ hydrogel based on hyaluronic acid in terms of its synthesis, mechanical properties, morphologies and in vitro cellular interactions on their surface and inside. |
