제목 Solid-Liquid Equilibrium, excess molar volume and deviation in molar refractivity for binary systems of Ethylene sulfite with Dimethyl carbonate, ethylene carbonate and ethyl methyl carbonate
초록 Lithium ion battery is a one of the most popular types of rechargeable battery with a high energy density and it is consisted of positive and negative electrodes and electrolyte. Among them, the electrolyte is composed of lithium salt, solvent, and additive. The solvent is mainly consist of cyclic or linear carbonate. Currently, electrolyte additive such as ethylene sulfite (ES) is used to supplement for the deficient properties. It acts directly on the electrolyte solvent or the lithium ion salt to increase stability and ionic conductivity. In this work, therefore, the solid-liquid equilibrium (SLE) for ES contained binary systems were analyzed by visual method. The experimental SLE data have been correlated by the NRTL and the UNIQUAC activity coefficient models.  The excess molar volumes (VE) and deviations in molar refractivity(∆R) data were then reported at 298.15 K under atmospheric pressure.
