제목 Chemical Synthesis of 3D Electrode of Nickel Sulfide Nanoparticle’s for High performance Supercapacitor Applications
초록 The present work describes the deposition of nickel sulfide (NiS2) nanoparticles on to three dimensional (3D) nickel foam using inexpensive chemical method. The formation of NiS2 is confirmed by using XRD analysis. The SEM analysis revealed a particle type morphology with average size of 50 nm. The NiS2 showed a maximum specific capacitance of 1153 F g-1 at a scan rate of 5 mV s-1. The NiS2 materials shows the excellent conductivity, confirmed by EIS study with least ESR value (1.2 Ω). The NiS2 nanoparticles showed a maximum energy density of 38.40 Wh kg-1 and a maximum power density of 1340 W kg-1, respectively. The investigated nanoparticle showed an excellent cycling stability of 91 % after 5000 cycles. The above result conclude that the NiS2 is one of best candidate in the near future for energy storage technology. 2019년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음.
