PA-PEG-PA(polyalanine-poly(ethylene glycol)-polyalanine) triblock copolymers indicating sol-to-gel transition depending on upward tendency of temperature were multiblocked with EDTA(Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid). EDTA include carboxylic acid group and amino group. Therefore PA-PEG-PA/EDTA multiblocks have pH-sensitive property. The change in secondary structure and sol-to-gel transition temperature due to the change of pH were investigated by Rheometer, Circular dichroism, FT-IR, TEM, 13C-NMR. |
