제목 | Biomineral coated on protein-polymer hybrid 3D scaffolds for tissue engineering |
초록 | For tissue application, protein-polymer hybrid 3D scaffolds were prepared by using crosslinking & dehydration. After that scaffolds were mineralized under biomimetic environment. The physiochemical properties of crosslinked protein-polymer hybrid 3D scaffolds were characterized by water contact angle measurement, pore morphology and inter-connectivity using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Our result demonstrates that relative osteoblastic cell affinity for the biomineral coated polymer-protein hybrid scaffolds were considerably increased than polymer-protein hybrid scaffolds and pristine polymer scaffolds.
