제목 Injectable tissue engineering using thermosensitive polyphosphazene gels.
초록 Thermosensitive poly(oganophosphazenes) with α-amino-ω-methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)(AMPEG), L-isoleucine ethyl ester, and glycyl-glycine allyl ester as side groups have been synthesized. After deprotection of allyl ester groups, activated carboxylic acid groups were conjugated with GRGDS as a bioactive peptide. These poly(oganophosphazenes) with GRGDS conjugates showed thermosensitive sol-gel transition in aqueous solution. These polymer gels were investigated as encapsulation matrices for cell to access their applicability in promoting tissue engineering. Thermosensitive polymer gels with adhesive RGD peptide sequences may enhance the cell attachment and may improve their ability to regenerate tissue more efficiently. These polymer gels having RGD peptide will be applied to injectable tissue engineering.
