제목 2-Methoxyestradiol Release from the three different Biodegradable Thermosensitive Poly(organophosphazene) Gels
초록 Injectable drug delivery systems using thermosensitive hydrogels offer several advantages such as no surgical procedure for local drug delivery and simple formulation with therapeutic drugs. Biodegradable and thermosensitive poly(organophosphazene) bearing α-amino-ω-methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol), L-isoleucine ethyl ester and glycine lactate ethyl ester as side groups. 2-Methoxyestradiol (2-ME), a representative antiangiogenesis drug, was physically mixed with poly(organophosphazene) solutions at 4 ℃. And their solutions were formed hydrogels at 37 ℃. We studied the 2-ME release behaviors from poly(organophsophazene) hydrogels under various conditions. 2-ME loaded in the hydrogels were released from 15 days to 30days. We found that the release behaviors of 2-ME could be controlled by tuning the gel properties.
