Influence of ozone-treated silica on silicone matrix for thermal and mechanical behaviors |
초록 |
In this work, the aim was to obtain a homogeneous dispersion of silica particles in silicone rubber and produce a strong interface between the silica and silicone rubber through silica functionalization. Therefore, nano-sized silica particles were treated using ozone for interfacial adhesion and obtained a homogeneous dispersion in silicone matrix. The effects of ozone-treated silica contents of the silicone/silica composites were studied systematically by thermogravimetric analysis and with a universal test machine for the thermal stability and mechanical properties. |
