Skin permeation of vitamin C derivative from the cosmetic nano emulsions using microfludizer |
| 초록 |
Vitamin C derivative is apt to be degradated from environmal conditions. To improve the stability and skin permeation of vitamin C derivative, nano emulsions were prepared using the microfludizer which could manufacture the nano-sized emulsions. These nano emulsions were applied onto the SD rat skin in the Franz diffusion cell to verify skin permeation of vitamin C derivatives. From the results, the skin peration of vitamin C derivative in the nano emulsion was superior to that in the general hogenized emulsions. |
