Oraganic/Inorganic Hybrid Solar CellsPrepared by Using Block Copolymer Template |
| 초록 |
We fabricated organic/inorganic hybrid solar cells made of CdSe and P3HT. First we prepared ultrahigh density array of CdSe nanorods onto TiO2 coated on Al or ITO layer by electrodeposition of cadmium and sSelenium sources in solution inside the nanopores in the polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymer thin films. . This ordered nanostructure was used to give the maximum the donor-acceptor interfacial morphology within devices. Each layer of the solar cell is ITO(Al)/TiOX/CdSe/P3HT/PEDOT:PSS/Al(ITO). |
