Transparent Flexible Substrate based on Colorless Polyimide/organoclay Nanocomposites with ITO Thin films |
초록 |
Polyimide (PI)/organoclay nanocomposite films for flexible substrate were prepared from the solution of poly(amic acid) and organoclays. Poly(amic acid) was prepared from 2,2’-bis-(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane dianhydride (6FDA) and 2,2’-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4’-diaminophenyl (TFDB). Dodecylamine-montmorillonite (C12-MMT) and dodecyltriphenylphosphonium-montmorillonite (C12PPh-MMT) are used as organoclays. The ITO which was used as a transparent electrode was deposited onto the PI/organoclay nanocomposites using a planar magnetron sputtering system. In this work, we investigated the various properties of ITO thin films as well as PI/organoclay nanocomposites. Their characterizations were discussed by XRD, UV-vis transmission spectra, AFM, a four point probe and UTM. |
