제목 CsPbBr3 Perovskite Light Emitting Diodes with Controlled Crystal Grain Size by Anti-solvent Dripping Crystallization
초록 The exceptional optical and electronic properties of metal halide perovskite make it the ideal newly coming optoelectronic materials. However, thin film inorganic perovskite LEDs (light emitting diodes) are rarely reported, as opposed to the recorded efficiencies obtained from organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite LEDs. The application of CsPbBr3 to perovskite LEDs is important. Ideal perovskite light-emitting layers should have minimal defects, a uniform thickness, and a smooth film surface to avoid exciton quenching, nonradiative recombination, and current leakage. One of the major factors is morphology and crystal grain sizes of perovskite layers are known to be broadly tunable by various processing parameters. Here, we controlled the morphology and crystal grain size of perovskite layer via anti-solvent crystallization in order to improve the performance of CsPbBr3 perovskite LEDs.
