제목 Grain Sizes Control of CsPbBr3 by using Anti-solvent Crystallization and Their Application for Perovskite Light Emitting Diodes
초록 The outstanding optical and electronic properties of metal halide perovskite are ideal for new optoelectronic materials. Because they have high color purity, easy bandgap tunability, and solution processability. Accordingly, intensive studies have been done and high performance organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite light emitting diodes (LEDs) with over 20% of external quantum efficiency (EQE). However, all inorganic perovskite LEDs have less studied than the organic-inorganic hybrid LEDs due to the difficulty of the former of uniform thin-film even though the inorganic perovskites have intrinsically better stability. Therefore, we studied on the effect of anti-solvent to the morphology of CsPbBr3 thin film.
