Direct photo-patternable polyimide gate insulators with fluorine groups for high-performance organic thin-film transistors |
| 초록 |
Recently, organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have been extensively studied for their potential applications in flexible electronics. We have designed a new photo-patternable polyimide gate insulator with fluorine groups. OTFTs with the fluorinated polyimide gate insulators showed better TFT performance than those with the non-fluorinated polyimide gate insulators. The better performance is expected to be related to the fluorine groups, which could accumulate mobile holes at the channel. |
