Highly conductive polyaniline emeraldine salt (PANI-ES) has a disadvantage of difficulty in processing due to its poor solubility. Therefore, we conducted improving above disadvantages by dedoping them using a base solution to form a polyaniline Emeraldine Base (PANI-EB) and Leucomeraldine Base (PANI-LB) states. When reduction agent NH3OH is added, it has an PANI-EB form, which has benzenoid and quinoid structures at an equal. In addition, when the hadrazine monohydrate, a strong reduction agent, is dedoped to the PANI-ES, it becomes an PANI-LB form consisting only of quinoid rings structurally. This PANI-LB and EB form compensated for the problem of processing, which is a disadvantage of the existing PANI-ES, and fabricated film through a solution process that cannot be performed in PANI-ES. Therefore, PANI-EB and LB films were doped using HCl and analyzed its optical properties and electrical properties with absorption spectra, electrical conductivity and hall effect measurements. |
