Aluminum amide-mediated synthesis of 5-amino substituted 1,2,4-oxadiazole from 5-alkoxy-1,2,4-oxadiazole |
초록 |
So far, we have studied a novel conversion reaction that is simple and has a very high application range using the aluminum amide reagent. As with general organometallics, in the case of aluminum amide, carbon or nitrogen becomes nucleophilic due to Al-N polarization. Furthermore, lewis acidic aluminum has characteristic reactivity that is distinct from other organometallic reactants by electrophilic the substrate in the coordination of oxygen or nitrogen. In this study, we will develop a reaction using aluminum amide reagent to replace the alkoxy group of 5-alkoxy-1,2,4-oxadiazole. |
