제목 Simultaneous Monitoring of pH and Dissolved Oxygen in Microorganism Cultivation Processes
초록 The sensing membrane for simultaneous detection of pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) was prepared by mixing two dyes, amino-fluorescein and ruthenium complex and immobilizing them into a well of a 24-well microtiter plate via the sol-gel matrices of GPTMA and APTMS. The sensing membranes were used to monitor the fluorescence intensity for pH and DO in cultivation processes with E. coli and Bacillus cereus. The change in the fluorescence intensity of each dye agreed with the change in pH and DO during cultivation processes well. The sensing membranes in the 24-well microtiter plate were fabricated by using an automated spray machine.
