제목 | Enhanced Conductivity of Water-soluble Conjugated Polymer with Graphene Oxide Composites by Radiation |
초록 | Recently graphene oxide (GO) has been used as various applications with solution processibility, although the conductivity of GO is low. The radiation process could be improved conductivity of the GO-containing polymer composite. In this study, fluorene based water-soluble conjugated polymer (WPF-6-oxy-F) was introduced in GO solution to investigate the change of optical and electrical properties through radiation process. The optical and electrical properties of WPF-6-oxy-F-GO composite measured by UV-vis spectrophotometer, Raman microscope, XPS, AFM and four-point probe. We discuss that mechanism of enhanced conductivity through the radiation process and conductivity of the WPF-6-oxy-F-GO composite was increased after gamma ray and electron beam irradiation up to 10-2 S/cm. |
