제목 Enhanced Conductivity of Water-soluble Conjugated Polymer with Graphene Oxide Composites by Radiation
초록  Recently graphene oxide (GO) has been used as various applications with solution processibility, although the conductivity of GO is low. The radiation process could be improved conductivity of the GO-containing polymer composite.
 In this study, fluorene based water-soluble conjugated polymer (WPF-6-oxy-F) was introduced in GO solution to investigate the change of optical and electrical properties through radiation process. The optical and electrical properties of WPF-6-oxy-F-GO composite measured by UV-vis spectrophotometer, Raman microscope, XPS, AFM and four-point probe. We discuss that mechanism of enhanced conductivity through the radiation process and conductivity of the WPF-6-oxy-F-GO composite was increased after gamma ray and electron beam irradiation up to 10-2 S/cm.
