제목 Fabrication and Characterization of Porous Beads with Unique Morphology  as a Carrier System for Bioactive Molecules
초록 To reconstruct damaged tissues, several methods using cells, scaffolds and bioactive molecules have been explored. Many investigations of the 3D scaffold fabrication system using biodegradable polymers have been conducted for the development of cell/scaffold systems, which can provide a suitable environment for cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. In recent, the bioactive molecules-immobilized matrices which can provide long-term stability of the bioactive molecules have been gained increasing interest as a scaffold system for enhanced tissue reconstruction. In this study, we developed a porous bead with unique morphology (inside, column shape; surface, nano-sized pore) which may allow the infiltration and stable adsorption of G.F. in the porous bead (by fast absorption of aqueous solution including the G.F. & large surface area to adsorb the G.F.) and provide sustained release of the G.F. Their morphology, G.F. loading amount and release profiles were investigated.
