Morphology controlled three dimensional ordered meso/macro porous materials have recently aroused great interest in materials science research, owing to their unusual properties and wide potential applications, ranging from photonic crystals to advanced catalysts and adsorbents. Various kinds of meso/maro SBA-16 types were synthesized by sol-gel process such as sphere, film, monolith and form and characterized by XRD, BET, SEM, TEM. These materials could be applied as a good support for asymmetric catalysis to immobilize the active complexes. |
