| 제목 | Photo-crosslinkable Materials for Organic Light Emitting Diode |
| 초록 | Three oxetane-functionalized materials for OLED (a blue emitting chromophore, a charge transporting aromatic oxadiazole and a hole transporting arylamine) were synthesized and characterized. The conditions for photo-crosslinking of these materials in thin film were evaluated and tested. When a mask is used during the irradiation, patterned films could be prepared. The patterned structures were conformed by SEM photographs. |
