Fe doped SrTiO3 thin films by combinatorial pulsed laser deposition |
| 초록 |
Combinatorial approaches have become an essential tool to find and optimize new material properties, especially, in the case of discovering p-type semiconductor oxides. In this paper, Fe dopant materials were prepared to find optimizing concentration into SrTiO3 by combinatorial pulsed laser depositon technique. Four point measurement was carried out to show its conductivity and Hall measurement was used to confirm the p-type characteristic. |
