제목 Fluorescent Block Copolymer Integrated Nanohybrid MoS2 as Imageable Photothermal Agents
초록 Single- and few-layered Molybdenum disulfides (MoS2s) have remarkable advantages such as mechanical and optoelectrical property, and exhibited many promising chemical and biomedical applications based on photothermal therapy (PTT) utilizing near–infrared (NIR) absorption. However, there were limited challenges to monitor and guide thermal and therapeutic responses with fluorescent signal. In this study, we develop an imageable photothermal agent using fluorescent responsive block copolymer integrated MoS2s (BCP-MoS2s) for direct observation of PTT in organic matrix. In particular, NIR exposed bcp-MoS2s simultaneously generated heating and visible response behavior by changing conformation of block copolymers on MoS2 nanosheets, providing efficient fluorescence quenching ability. Finally, we could visualize light-induced thermal energy from MoS2s by fluorescence contrast.
