제목 Highly Efficient and Light harvestable Inverted Organic Solar Cells Integrated with Periodical Patterned ZnO Nanorod Array
초록 A substantial increase in device performance and operational stability in solution processed inverted organic photovoltaic devices (OPV) is demonstrated. It results from the introduction of a periodically grating zinc oxide nanorod array (P-ZnO NR) as an ETBL for the light harvesting phenomena, as well as the formation of photoactive layer consisting of photo-crosslikable methacylate end-functionalized poly(3-hexyl thiophene) (P3HT-MA) and phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM). The structure and morphology of the P-ZnO NR layers were controlled by hydrothermal method and characterized in detail using 1H-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy, SEM, AFM, XRD analysis. The inverted OPV devices fabricated with a hydrothermally grown P-ZnO NR with a (100) preferential crystal orientation resulted in a remarkable increase in PCE with a value of 3.82 % under Air Mass 1.5 (G) illumination.
