제목 Effect of CNT localization on electrical conductivity of PPE/PA alloy
초록 PPE/PA alloy has good dimensional stability and heat resistance from PPE; heat resistance, oil resistance and processability from PA. Electrically conductive PPE/PA alloy which can be painted by electrostatic painting has gotten attention because it can substitute for a metallic exterior panel and makes a car lightweight. To enhance the electrical conductivity of PPE/PA alloy, the electrically conductive fillers such as carbon black, carbon nanotube, and metallic powder should be applied into polymer matrix. In this study, the localization of CNT into PA matrix of PPE/PA alloy on the electrical conductivity of the alloy was investigated. PPE/PA alloy shows better electrical conductivity than PA due to the localization of CNT into PA matrix.
