Synthesis of Nano-Ag Incorporated PVA Fibrous Mats Using Electrospinning Method and Evaluation of Their Biocompatibility |
초록 |
Artificial skin produced by electrospinning method featured a structural similarity to the mimics for use in antimicrobial wound healing applications. The silver (Ag) nanoparticles contained in poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) nanofiber were incorporated by a novel and simple microwave assisted method in the PVA/AgNO3 aqueous solution. The content of the Ag in PVA fibrous mats was varied depending on the AgNO3 concentration (0.2-0.8 g) in the PVA aqueous solution. The synthesized fibrous mats were non-toxic to the L-929 cell in vitro. SEM observation results showed that L-929 cells attached well and proliferated on the synthesized Ag nanoparticles incorporated PVA fibrous mats. |
