Electrochemical properties of electrospun Zr-doped LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2as positive electrode materials for lithium ion battery |
초록 |
Zirconium-doped LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 (LNCMZ) nanofibers as cathode materials were prepared by an electrospinning method, followed by calcining with proper temperature. The morphologies of LNCMZ nanofibers were characterized by SEM and XRD, and electrochemical performance was investigated with impedance analysis and charge-discharge test. The Zr doping leads to improvement of cycling performance due to higher lithium diffusion coefficient and more stable resistance during the cycling. |
