제목 Preparation of hierarhical ZnO nanostructures and its gas sensing characteristics
초록 The ZnO nanostructures with hierarchical and rodlike morphology were prepared by heating the solution containing zinc nitrate and NaOH. The effect of solution temperature on the morphology of ZnO nanostructures were investigated. The gas responses of ZnO hierarchical and rodlike nanostructures to C2H5OH, NO2, C3H8, H2, and CH4 were studied. The differences in gas sensitivity, response kinetics, and selectivity were discussed in relation to the surface area and gas diffusion toward sensing surface.
