제목 Structure and separation characteristics of Cu2+ imprinted miroporous polymer particles S/M ratio effect
초록 Copper (II) ion-imprinted porous micro-particles were prepared by two functional monomers, methacrylic acid and vinyl pyridine, formed a complex with the template copper ion through ionic interactions. The copper/monomer complex was polymerized in the presence of an ethylene glycol dimethacrylate cross-linker by a suspension polymerization. The micro-particles approximate size 100-600μm .After the imprinting sites were provided through removal of the template, were obtained for batch separation applications. The chemical structure, morphology and adsorption capacity of the Cu(II)-imprinted micro-porous particles were analyzed using SEM, BET and AAS. The adsorption capacity of the imprinted beads for the template Cu(II) ion were significantly affected by copper ion concentration,pH of the feed solution and kinetics of adsorption. The imprinted particles showed high selectivity for the copper ion was much higher than other metal ions such as Ni and Zn.
