제목 (1-x)Pb(Yb1/2 Nb 1/2 )O3-xPbTiO3 고용계에서 상경계 영역 근처의 유전 특성 및 상전이 거동에 관한 연구
초록 There has been much interested in (1-x)Pb(Yb1/2Nb1/2)O3-xPbTiO3 ((1-x)PYN-xPT) (0.44≤x≤0.56) near morphotropic phase boundary (MPB), due to their good electrical, dielectrical and piezoelectrical properties. We report the structural and dielectric properties of (1-x)PYN-xPT near MPB using X-ray diffraction, permittivity and E-P hysteresis. The (1-x)PYN-xPT solid solutions were prepared by standard ceramic technique. XRD measurements show the structural deviations of the solid solutions from pseudocubic to tetragonal on increasing PbTiO3 substitution and represent the coexistence of pseudocubic and tetragonal phase near MPB compositions. From the dielectric constant measurements, it is found that the maximum dielectric constant, maximum remanent polarization (Pr=36.8 μC/cm2) and minimum coercive field (Ec =8.5 kV/cm) are observed at x=0.46. Finally, the phase diagram of (1-x)PYN-xPT near MPB with temperature is presented and the effects of PbTiO3 substitution on Pb(Yb1/2Nb1/2)O3 are discussed.
