제목 리튬2차전지용 LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 양극활물질 합성 및 전기화학적 특성
초록 Cathode materials have been coated with an oxide and carbon to improve its electrochemical properties. The Al2O3 coatings on LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 improved the cyclic life performance and rate capability without decreasing its initial discharge capacity. These electrochemical properties were also compared with those of LiAlO2-coated LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material. When carbon was coated on the surface, the carbon-coated LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2 cathode material showed an improved rate capability, thermal stability, and cycle performance.
